  • All coaching services are delivered virtually via scheduled video and/or phone calls. Upon purchase, you will receive access to our scheduling system to book your sessions.

    • The client is responsible for scheduling and attending all sessions included in their program

    • 24-hour advance notice is required for rescheduling any session

    • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited, except in cases of emergency

    • The coach reserves the right to bill for missed sessions

    • Unused sessions expire 90 days from purchase unless otherwise specified in your program agreement

  • Due to the nature of coaching services and the time and resources committed to each client:

    • No refunds are provided once services have begun

    • The client accepts and agrees that they are 100% responsible for their progress and results

    • All sales are final

  • I know that investing in yourself can feel like a big leap, especially all at once. That’s why I offer a payment plan.
